Changes to Tax advantages for Holiday Lets – Landlords be aware!

by admin

There are presently tax advantages when letting holiday accommodation in the UK but this is due to change on 10 April 2010.

In her excellent ‘Landlord Law’ blog, Tessa Shepperson (property solicitor) recommends Furnished Holiday Lets: Your Emergency Tax Planning Guide by Carl Bayley which sets out the changes, explains how they will affect Landlords and what you need to do before April 10.

We highly recommed the Landlord Law blog as a way to stay in touch with legislative and other changes affecting residential landlords in the UK.  For the full article visit the Landlord Law blog.
